The hotel location was good, but my room was small. The window was difficult to open, and it did not shut completely. Air conditioning was INCONSISTENT. I was often too hot or too cold. The room needed better soundproofing, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The front desk staff was friendly (especially after a long journey). My room included two queen beds with plenty of comfortable pillows. The hotel provided quick responses to my requests, such as extra blankets and water. Uni restaurant downstairs offered really great food.
Soundproofing between rooms was not very effective. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The hotel provides a complimentary gym membership to a nearby fitness club, but remember to bring your own locker padlock for valuables. The fitness club boasts a great gym and a pool (about a twenty-minute walk away).

The staff members are readily available and keen to assist, including doormen and front desk personnel. The front desk staff were prompt with requests, showing attentiveness and care for guest needs. Cleanliness was immaculate throughout the entire stay.

the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. my room was spacious and clean. the location allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the valet service was also efficient. i found it quite convenient to have them handle the parking.
the air conditioning unit was noisy. the room lacked sufficient lighting. the bathroom had limited counter space. it made getting ready in the morning a little challenging.

The location IS very good.
The air conditioning system proved exceedingly noisy. It disrupted sleep. It SOUNDED like heavy machinery activating intermittently throughout the night. I expected better climate control.

the suite offered ample space and included two big beds. a fold down sofa bed was also present. the location was ideal with a short walk to the prudential center. staff provided helpful tips and assisted with parking arrangements after we collected our car.
I discovered black grease spots on a white coat left with the front desk. the doorman apologized but could not explain how it happened. no assistance was offered for the ruined coat. This left a bad impression.
